Rune & Quill is a private, offline-first PDF library, reader, markup, OCR, and document-intelligence app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
For help, email christopher.lawley@theuntitled.site. Include:
- the Rune & Quill version;
- your device model and OS version;
- whether the issue affects iPhone, iPad, Mac, or more than one device;
- the exact steps that produced the problem; and
- the text of any error message.
Please do not attach a private document unless it is necessary to diagnose the issue. Remove or redact sensitive information first whenever possible. Rune & Quill has no developer-operated account, so support will never ask for your Apple Account password, verification code, or device passcode.
Common checks
- For sync issues, confirm each device uses the intended Apple Account and that iCloud Drive is available, then open Rune & Quill Settings and choose Sync Now.
- For a document that will not import, confirm it is a valid PDF and is no larger than the import limit shown by Rune & Quill.
- For a privacy request concerning app content, use Rune & Quill's export and deletion controls or Apple's iCloud controls. Christopher Lawley cannot browse your private CloudKit document content.
